Rock Choir at Wembley Stadium supporting McFly!

Well. I thought I had seen it all when I joined 7,500 members of Rock Choir at Wembley Arena last April, but today surpassed all expectations. Mummy and 1500 of her mates from Rock Choir performed at Wembley Stadium, right there on the very pristine grass, right before my idol Harry. What do you mean, Harry who? The Harry, of course, the one from Strictly Come Dancing; oh and he’s in McFly too, by the way.

It was, by all accounts, a very emotional day. The excitement, as lots of ladies (one of them the Bug’s teacher, don’t you know!), some gents, and some wonderful soloists and leaders (Abbie, we’re looking at you!) performed Let Me Entertain You, Something Inside So Strong, and Ain’t no Mountain High Enough to a near capacity crowd, was palpable.

Aside from mentioning that they all had to alter their moves in the tunnel under the stand upon learning that the grass was so pristine that they weren’t allowed to move their feet (*!?*), I will leave it to M&D’s iPhone to lead you by the hand through the most amazing event in Rock Choir history 😉

If you’re a Rock Choir member you may want to watch the entire video. If you’re not, then we’ll forgive you for skipping through a littl bit of the incredible singing!!

  1. Now once could be considered an accident – I mean maybe you were just trapped in the crowd at the station – but twice…..!
Looks good fun except am a bit worried about the lads kicking footballs – do they really need to be there?! Move over for the Rock Choir!
