Ingredients
  

  • 200 g milk or dark chocolate, depending on your preference
  • 200 ml double cream

Equipment

  • Small Fondue set (optjonal)

Method
 

  1. Heat the cream and broken up chocolate together in a heatproof bowl, set over a pan of simmering water, stirring all the time until smooth and glossy.
  2. Pour into a heatproof serving bowl and use forks to dip fruits of your choice, or marshmallows.
  3. Enjoy!
