A crisp and sweet non-alcoholic version of a mojito - only with strawberries! And it's a sorbet...

Easy Strawberry Mojito Sorbet

This pretty frozen strawberry dessert is creamy and soft, yet packs a punch on flavour.

Equipment

  • Ice cream maker, or use the freezer method

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Fructose sugar
  • 300 g very ripe strawberries
  • 2 sprigs mint leaves only
  • Juice of half a lime

Instructions
 

  • Blend the strawberries with the lime, mint and fruit sugar to a puree
  • Pour into your ice cream maker and set to a soft sorbet
  • When the cycle finishes, spoon the mix into a plastic container and freeze for at least 2 
  • Remove from freezer for 10 minutes before serving

Notes

If you don't have an ice-cream maker, you can still make sorbet using the freezer method
