Easy Strawberry Mojito Sorbet
This pretty frozen strawberry dessert is creamy and soft, yet packs a punch on flavour.

Cook Time 3 hours hrs
- 100 g Fructose sugar
- 300 g very ripe strawberries
- 2 sprigs mint leaves only
- Juice of half a lime
Blend the strawberries with the lime, mint and fruit sugar to a puree
Pour into your ice cream maker and set to a soft sorbet
When the cycle finishes, spoon the mix into a plastic container and freeze for at least 2
Remove from freezer for 10 minutes before serving
If you don't have an ice-cream maker, you can still make sorbet using the freezer method.
