Hi! I’m Helen.

I’m a parenting coach, a counsellor and a (sometimes terrified) mum of a teenager and a fully grown adult. Both of them are leaving me in the dust faster than you can say empty nest. But it’s really okay. I love bright colours, long chats, and walks in the sunshine.
